Microscopy Platform
Description
Welcome to the newly consolidated Microscopy Platform! This platform consists of four systems, three of which were already run by MultiPark but have now been put together under a new umbrella platform.
We are excited to introduce a “new” system that is being brought into the MultiPark research environment, a Zeiss Axio Imager.M2 upright microscope. More information about this system can be found on the Zeiss Axio Imager webpage.
Below is an overview of the systems included in this platform:
System | Target purpose | Location |
---|---|---|
Imaris SingleFull with Clearview version 9.8 (Workstation) | 3D/4D image visualization and analysis | BMC B1155 |

Nikon Eclipse Ti with cage incubator and optional spinning disc confocal capabilities | Live imaging of cells/tissue | BMC A1024 |
